Artist and producer Antonio A&R Richardson is excited to invite all voices and minds to OPEN RE.HEARS.AL, a contest to celebrate the release of RE.HEARS.AL, an instrumental mixtape, inspired by dreams and imagination.
Contestants may submit a recording of one original sixteen bar verse & hook by March 1, 2013. The winner will be chosen by Antonio A&R Richardson, and will recieve 5 original and exclusive beats.
This is an open RE.HEARS.AL, everybody is welcome.
RE.HEARS.AL will be available Tuesday, January 22, 2013 on ionlygetbetter.com.
How-to submit
1. Download Open Rehearsal from http://soundcloud.com/a-r/open-rehearsal
2. Write and record an ORIGINAL 16 bar verse and hook (you may write and record an entire song if you choose, the minimum requirement is a 16 bar verse and hook)
3. Upload recording to a streaming site, such as SoundCloud, Band Camp or Audio Mack and make it available for download.
4. Send an email with a link to the recording to OpenRehearsal2013@gmail.com.
Be sure to include the name and contact information for the artist (DO NOT attach the recording to the email,
attachments will not be opened!)
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS MARCH 1, 2013
The Winner:
The winner will receive 5 original and exclusive beats, including rights, to use with the agreement to credit Antonio A&R Richardson with the production in all distribution.
The winner will be selected by Antonio A&R Richardson and will be announced on IOnlyGetBetter.com on March 8, 2013.
